Who We’re Looking For
We seek passionate professionals who want to grow with us. Some roles you may find at BMW Auto Center include:
Role Key Skills / Requirements Automotive Technician / Mechanic ASE certifications, hands-on experience with European vehicles, diagnostic skills, strong problem-solving Diagnostic / ECU Specialist Expertise in ECU coding/programming, familiarity with BMW/Mercedes systems, software diagnostic tools Body & Collision Repair Technician Experience with frame work, refinishing, insurance repair workflow Service Advisor / Customer Service Good communication, ability to explain technical issues to customers, sales/service coordination Parts & Inventory Specialist Knowledge of OEM parts, inventory systems, vendor management Apprentices / Trainees Eagerness to learn, mechanical aptitude, willingness to be mentored
